Order processing
At The Prime Apperal we begin processing your order as soon as it is confirmed. Every item is inspected and goes through a quality check before packing to ensure you receive the best possible product. Processing time is usually 2–4 business days. Once your order passes final checks it will be dispatched to our courier partner.
Estimated delivery time
We ship worldwide using trusted international couriers (DHL, UPS, USPS, Aramex and other reliable partners). Delivery times below are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary by location:
- United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: 10–12 business days
- Most of Europe & UAE: 10–15 business days
- Other countries (including rural areas): Up to 20 business days depending on local postal services and customs

Shipping cost
We offer FREE standard shipping worldwide with no minimum order value. There are no hidden fees at checkout. If you need faster delivery, express shipping may be available on request before placing your order (additional charges apply). We also run discount and promo offers from time to time — check the homepage or promotions page for current codes.
Duties, taxes & import charges
Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or standard shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Note: Customers in the United States may be required to pay product duties or customs fees upon import.
Tracking your order
After your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the parcel. Tracking updates are supplied with the aid of the courier and normally appear within 24 hours of dispatch. If tracking records is not available after 5 Business Days from cargo, please contact our customer service and we’ll inspect.
Delays or missing packages
Although we purpose to deliver on time, deliveries can on occasion be behind schedule through climate, customs, or incorrect transport records. If your order is behind schedule or appears to be missing, contact our aid crew — we are able to coordinate with the courier and take suitable action (reshipment, substitute, or refund) where essential.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your order within 1 day (24 hours) of placing it by contacting customer support directly. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage we may not be able to cancel in that case please follow our returns procedure once you receive the item.
