Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to The Prime Apperal. We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date you receive your order.
If 15 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • A receipt, proof of purchase, or tracking ID must be provided.

 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted (for example, if an item is not in its original condition or returned after the return window).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that your item has been received and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • A $20 USD restocking fee will be applied to each returned or refunded order.

  • Refunds include the cost of the item and applicable sales tax only.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to officially post).

  3. Then contact your bank — some processing delays may occur.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanges may vary.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
